Public Desire is a SCAM! of a company, and consumers beware! DO NOT shop with them. They are not a legitimate business! They don’t even have a proper number to reach a live representative! I ordered shoes on April 7th, got an email May 6th that they “have been shipped” yet from May 12th through to today’s date May 21st the status of my shipment through Royal Mail hasn’t been change or updated. When I contacted Royal Mail to trace the package there isn’t anything in their system! I have also received 2 packages to Canada from the UK via Royal Mail in the last 2weeks and they arrived no problem. I have emailed Public desire several times and they have zero resolution to this matter and terrible customer service! This is absolutely the worst experience I have received from any online vendor I shop with in my life.To add to this Sarah my package being missing/ has nothing to do with Coronavirus delays. As I mentioned, I received 2!! Package after you guys send my initial package from the UK via Royal Mail. Also I have sent you an email! But you clearly have NOT! Reply to it. But had time to reply to my post here. Even though they were sent at the same time!

This is my 3rd pair of boots from here and have had the same problems with all 3 pairs!I bought 1 pair in its own and couldn’t be bothered with the hassle to send back- I’ve just received 2 pairs today and the ankle area is just too small to get my foot in! I have average ankle/foot/ calf size, so I’m not sure what size you need to have to actually fit in the boots?? What another waste of money! :(

payed extra for overnight shipping and it has been three days I should have read these reveiews because my delivery date is still pending what a shame bever again.

I ordered some boots which were not only delayed not once but twice. Using Brexit and COVID as excuses. Surely by now plans should have been in place. The good thing is they did have the decency to let me know about the (delays) but I find the two issues discussed as not taking ownership of the situation. When the boots arrived they're slightly too big which I generally don't have an issue with because it happens. I noticed a mark on the boots so on top of the two delays and excuses and quality are issues.I went on their website and to find out I will be having the privilege of having £1.99 deducted for returning the boots which are faulty.

Recently bought some slippers. They were poor quality. Fur not covering all the straps. I returned them and not only did they not refund the postage (which I can understand), but they charged me nearly £2 for the returns LABEL!!! What is that about?? So I paid £16.99 for the slippers and got £15 refund! Definitely won’t be buying from this online retailer again.

Excellent customer service! I was emailed multiple times with updates regarding the status of my order without even asking. My package arrived earlier than expected and the quality of the item I received far exceeded expectations!

I ordered some slippers around 8pm on a Friday and opted to pay extra for Saturday delivery. It’s now Saturday and I don’t have my slippers! I emailed twice early in the afternoon because my order had still not been shipped. No one replied. It’s now 10pm and STILL nothing

I ordered the Triumph Sandal in August and unfortunately the shoes were too small. The customer service rep was understanding and successfully helped me resolve the issue. I would recommend Public Desire because of the quick response and willingness to satisfy their customer’s concerns

The boots are excellent, the service was great. The boots arrived very quickly and are good quality and well made.

I preordered the midnight heels on August 10th, they were supposed to be shipped out September 1st. Since then, the ship out date has been moved 4 times, now currently September 21st which I highly doubt they will ship out then. Very poor customer service. I needed the shoes for a big event and I don’t think I want them anymore.

PD have never let me down, this was my second pair of heels from them and they are just as amazing as the first. They’re unbelievably comfortable for brand new heels and they always look amazing.

Ok, so I was finally able to recieve my shoes after a month. I emailed Sarah and she was able to give me a replacement pair.
